We're a fitting store, not a shipping warehouse. Every pair is fitted in person at our Lafayette showroom — feet scanned, sizes dialed in, boots walked in before you walk out. Because proper fit is the whole point, we do not sell or ship Red Wing footwear through this website. You're welcome to call ahead and we'll have styles ready to try when you arrive.
If we don't have your size on the wall, we can usually locate it at the Red Wing warehouse or at another Red Wing store and bring it to Lafayette for you — typically within a few business days. We'll contact you the moment it arrives, and you can pay by phone or in store. Special-ordered boots are fitted at pickup just like anything else, so if the size isn't right when it arrives, we make it right.
Bring your receipt and come see us. Unworn boots and gear in original condition can be exchanged or returned in store — sizing exchanges are an everyday part of what we do, and we'd rather get you in the right boot than have you living with the wrong one. Worn boots with a problem? Don't sit on it — bring them in and let us look; between manufacturer warranties and our own judgment, fair problems get fair answers.
Warranty claims are handled in store; bring the product and your receipt (or the card or phone number from the purchase — we can usually find it).
We redeem safety-shoe vouchers and handle company-account purchases daily. Receipts are emailed for every account purchase, and returns or exchanges on program purchases follow the same in-store process above.
